Dear friends:

  • Would you like to help Cambodian students who possess the intellectual qualifications and the burning desire to grow but are financially handicapped?

  • Would you be willing to work for the benefit of those in need, without monetary compensation or without recognition?

  • Would you spare your time and abilities to help create a better tomorrow for Cambodia?

Of course you would, ...And you also would like to demonstrate such qualities as reliability, honesty, sincerity, and to prove by example that you value scholarship, service, leadership, and character.

CEE Foundation seeks your organization's cooperation to better assist the Cambodian students who have the faculty to learn but not the financial means to go to higher education.  We would like to hear from you and share our common interests of investing in education for the next Cambodian generation.

We enjoy our cooperation with the Harpswell Foundation which has accepted our first scholarship recipient to stay in its dormitory. The Harpswell Foundation is a non-profit organization officially registered as a Nongovernmental Organization (NGO) in Cambodia. In June 2005, the Foundation completed a four-room school building in the village of Tramung Chrum and in July 2006 the foundation completed construction of a dormitory for college women in Phnom Penh. Read more about the Harpswell Foundation at www.harpswellfoundation.org
